Medical aesthetics is evolving rapidly. New technologies are emerging, consumer expectations are changing and businesses are increasingly operating across borders. With this growth comes both opportunity and responsibility.
IMAA was created to provide a platform where professionals and organizations can meet as part of one larger ecosystem.
Our responsibility therefore extends beyond organizing events or issuing memberships.
We want IMAA to become a platform through which a doctor can discover a new collaboration, a clinic can access better technology, an entrepreneur can find a manufacturer, a manufacturer can meet a distributor, an investor can discover an opportunity and industry stakeholders can contribute constructive perspectives to policymakers.
The goal is not for every member to become the same. The goal is for every member to have the opportunity to become better.
Through responsible competition, professional recognition, international collaboration and resource exchange, we hope to create an ecosystem in which the progress of one participant can contribute to the progress of many.

Dr. Jest Wong (Wong Jest Phia) is a Malaysian entrepreneur, biochemist and wellness innovator with some 20 years of experience spanning beauty, aesthetics, health and wellness. As Founder and Managing Director of Westwood Clinic, operated by Harper Elite Sdn. Bhd., he leads an integrated “Mind–Health–Aesthetics” ecosystem that combines regulated corrective aesthetics, mental-wellness support, digital health, scientific research, consumer safety and ESG-led community initiatives.
